987 Cold air induction kit

This cold air induction kit will fit 987.1 and 987.2 Boxster and Cayman models. It replaces the OEM airbox completely and gives a constant diameter inlet from the filter to the MAF sensor. This modification will increase the cabin noise giving a nice audible boost to the theatrics of the flat 6 engine.
 
When combined with the MRN Carbon Plenum (987.1 only) it will remove all restrictions in the inlet tract up to the inlet runners and optimise your inlet.
 
All the parts pictured are included in the kit including a genuine K&N filter, the 3D printed elbow is made on an industrial grade printer in Nylon and as such is incredibly strong and temperature resistant - these parts are not made on a hobbyists FDM printer. All clips, hoses, fasteners etc that are needed to fit the parts are included.
 
The majority of this kit is included with the MRN Twin Turbo conversion so if you plan on upgrading to the Twin Turbo after fitting this we can apply the appropriate discount.
 
Available option of Funk Motorsport Thermal managment upgrade which includes a Gold refective thermal barrier sleeve to insulate the aluminium tube from engine bay heat and lower your intake temperatures, with the added bonus of looking awesome!
